Frequently Asked Questions

How often am I billed?

You will be billed on a monthly basis unless you would like to pay for your term up front. You can pay with either a check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or a debit card that has the MasterCard or Visa logo.

Do you offer educational discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts to individual schools, but we also offer a larger discounts if multiple schools within one school system use RadioCast. When you contact us for your quote, mention that you are purchasing for a school.

What Operating System Do You Support?

At the current time, we only support Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Do you offer long-term discounts?

Yes! The longer you extend your contract, the lower the average cost per month will be. The longest contract we offer is a 5 year contract.

What does the number of listeners mean?

The number of listeners is the maximum number of people that can be listening to your station simultaneously (concurrent listeners).

Will you help me use the software?

Of course! We will be on the phone with you when you install all of the software and we will go over how to use all of it. You are also free to call us at any time for support.
